Dear Neighbors,
My name is Minh Duong, and I've lived in San Jose for nearly 20 years. I am a product of local public schools and graduated from Leyva Junior High and W.C. Overfelt High School at the top of my class. I'd earned a Bachelor's degree from U.C. Berkeley in the fields of Economics, Mathematics and Statistics.
I love San Jose and chose to make it my home. My wife and I have lived in the District 7 community.
America had provided me and my family tremendous opportunities and great life. I have owned a number of successful businesses in San Jose, and have been very active in our community in many capacities such as:

I'm proud to be living the American Dream. I deeply want to give back to our community that has provided my family so much. I want to be your advocate and fight for our community on the San Jose City Council. I want to be your voice at City Hall. It's time to restore faith in government, and that our leaders truly reflect the will and best interest of the people.
